Grilled Peach Cobbler is summery and fresh, making the most of the seasonal fruit and grilling season! The entire recipe comes together in a cast iron skillet, and can even be made straight on the campfire.

I can smell fall coming around the corner (primarily because I’m putting cinnamon oil in my diffuser right now…) but I’m still on such a peach high.

Something about being pregnant has made peaches taste even more amazing than years before, so I am making all the peach things for the rest of the month (as you will see next week!). 

Before you know it, we will all be in pumpkin spice mode, peach season will be over, and I will have to satisfy my peach loving taste buds with something else. (more…)
