Hot Spinach Dip
Hot and cheesy spinach dip, grab some chips, toasts or crudites and dig in! Perfect for parties or gatherings, you can double or triple the recipe as needed.
I first posted this recipe back in 2010, my oldest daughter Karina loves this dip! It was the only way I could get her to east spinach and made it often for her as an after school snack. With the Superbowl coming I thought I would revive it! You can prepare this a day ahead and bake as needed. It can also be frozen before heating up if you want to prepare this a few days ahead.

Weeknight Cheese Board
http://ift.tt/2kQ0veG
A Weeknight Cheese Board for any random weeknight? I say YES. Cheese boards don’t just have to be for fancy occasions. A little spread of meat and cheese plus a glass of wine at the end of any day is well-deserved!
Sometimes work days are just wayyyyyy too long, aren’t they? I feel like I’ve been working like a madwoman and then running from event to meeting to another event so much that my brain is mush.
Obviously my brain is still functioning on some level, as I sit here and attempt to sound somewhat coherent, but ahhhhhhhhh I’m a little bit spent.
You know what is one of the most relaxing experiences in the world??
Saddling up to a little mini cheese board spread with a bottle of wine and whoever you come home to at the end of the night. There’s something about just grazing on a variety of different flavors and textures that instantly calms me. (more…)

Top tips for a pain-free Brazilian wax
Before you head to your next Brazilian appointment, prepare yourself with these simple tips and avoid the discomfort.
» Avoid coffee before your appointment. This stimulant can make the waxing more uncomfortable.
» Exfoliate and moisturise the area regularly. Dry skin and clogged pores will lead to ingrown hairs.
» Exfoliate before your appointment.
» Do not exercise after your waxing appointment as you will risk getting ingrown hairs.
» Wear cotton underwear and loose, breathable clothing when possible to avoid the risk of in-growns, particularly immediately following your appointment.
» Do not pick ingrowns. You’re at greater risk of scarring and infection.
» Apply a diluted tea tree solution to ingrown hairs. Other topical solutions are available from your chemist.
» Moisturisers or oils with lavender or tea tree are great for regular use to maintain smooth skin as well as to treat and prevent ingrown hairs.
» If you’re attempting to wax at home, patch test first to ensure against irritation by any of the ingredients.
» Pull swiftly against the direction of hair growth while holding skin tight.
» Do not wax over the same area twice.

Veggie Guacamole
http://ift.tt/2jNpmzO
Veggie Guacamole is a vegetable-packed, spicy guacamole that will have everyone gathering around the table (yes, even those crazy health nuts you know). With all those vegetables packed in there, you don’t have to feel guilty about loading up chips with a heaping scoop!
Guacamole is my “healthy food”. I am not the best at controlling my urges for food, so when I feel like I need to get a little more vegetables into my system I’ll reach for the guacamole.
However, avocados, onions and jalapeno aren’t nearly enough when you’ve been living off of all those holiday treats and sweets… (more…)

Loaded Nacho Egg Rolls with Queso Dip
http://ift.tt/2jYLzf6
Loaded Nacho Egg Rolls with Queso Dip are the fried version of your favorite loaded up snack! All the beef and vegetables you love on your nachos are rolled up and fried, then dipped into a creamy queso dip. If this doesn’t scream game time snacking WIN for you, I don’t know what else could!
Nachos and I have a sort of love affair going on.
Whether it’s loaded up with tons of beef and veggies, or it’s a simple thrown-together version with only the basics because it’s 1am and all I have in the house, I am sincerely and profoundly in love.
What’s not to love?
Carbs. Cheese. Meat. Salsa. Hot sauce. Veggies. So much goodness on a plate, and you don’t really have to work that hard to make it all pretty.
So why not roll it all up inside a roll and fry it to shake things up? (more…)
