Exercise: Upright Barbell Row
Review: Why on earth would anyone do this exercise? You are taking a very high risk (for the shoulder joint) for a benefit that is the same if not less than overhead press or dumbbell raise. As a personal trainer, if I gave this exercise to a client I would probably get fired even if they don't get injured. A lot of people suffer from shoulder pain or impingement, not realizing it's exercises like this that contribute to a great extent.
