Exercise: Cuban Press
Review: Hands down one of my FAVORITE shoulder exercises that hammers the shoulders appropriately but also hits the traps. Leave your ego at the door and do these with LIGHT dumbbells using strict, controlled form. Four sets of ten reps should make you beg for mercy.
