Exercise: Snatch Deadlift
Tip: I always try to row the bar through my legs on the way up; it scratches the hell out of your legs unless you wear long pants, but that will mimic a straight-arm pushdown and turn on your lats. Lots of people don't know, your lats are a prime mover on the deadlift, because they feed into the thoracolumbar fascia membrane that acts like a weight-belt for your back's stability. This version hits even more of the rhomboids and traps along with the lats, so I start with it on back day.
