New Tip on Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown


Exercise: Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown
Tip: using a straight bar is unconfutable on the wrists so I use two single handed grips at the same time ad it works wonders and this I learned from watching a Hodgetwins arm workout video, gives a better range of motion using the grips.
