New Review on Dumbbell Lunges


Exercise: Dumbbell Lunges
Review: The video shows a split squat, not a lunge.
A forward lunge begins with feet together. Step one foot forward and sink to split squat position. Rise and lunge the front foot back to feet together position.
A reverse lunge begins with feet together. Step one foot back and sink to split squat position. Rise and lunge the rear foot forward to feet together position.
