New Review on Wrist Roller


Exercise: Wrist Roller
Review: I'm in very early days with this wrist roller but it looks a pretty effective piece of equipment, I got one yesterday and tried it. I don't understand how holding it at shoulder level (as shown in the exercise guide here) helps at all. One is supposed to be working out one's forearms and not the shoulders! The shoulders will probably tire well before the forearms if the exercise is done in this way, once one starts building up weight........

I tried another option today which was attaching the wrist roller to my cable machine, now this might just work well, but i need some more experimenting.
