New Review on Hack Squat
Exercise: Hack Squat
Review: I absolutely love this exercise. I barbell squat at least twice a week but have never felt it in my quads. On my lower body hypertrophy days, I have started using the hack squat machine (3 sets of 8) and for the first time have really felt it in my quads. I have only used it 4 or 5 times but can already see my teardrops coming through (which I have patiently waited for for nearly a year!) Would definitely recommend this exercise for anyone trying to gain muscle in their quads!
