New Tip on Standing Dumbbell Press
Exercise: Standing Dumbbell Press
Tip: Have done close to bodyweight for reps 4 month ago and I believe It has given me the shoulder development I have along with weighted pullups. It is hard to do the first rep but push pressing the first rep is the smartest idea because the first is from a bottom deadstop (and nobody starts a bench from the bottom for a reason.)
