New Tip on Around The Worlds
Exercise: Around The Worlds
Tip: I find that using lighter weights and doing higher reps on this excersises targets the chest allot more. Whereas doing heavier weights and lower reps will focus more on shoulders and arms. I use this excerise to target my chest, I usually do this as one on my last excersises to give a good burn to my chest.
