New Review on Pull Through


Exercise: Pull Through
Review: Sooo.. You guys think THIS looks ridiculous but don't bat an eyelash when you see someone humping a bar during a hip thrust? Grow up. It's a sick exercise for glute isolation... As are hip thrusts for that matter. This exercise actually mimics a kettlebell swing for those that don't have access to heavy kettlebells.
