Exercise: Cable Internal Rotation
Review: After suffering a Rotator Cuff injury in a motorcycle accident I eventually ended up going to a Physical Therapist. Both the External and Internal Rotation moves were requested to be performed at the time using light dumbbells. Now, a couple of years later, my Rotator Cuff is fine, no pain. I'm using my Hoist Machine cable for both the External and Internal exercises as my daily work-out warm-up along with other machine options to warm up my chest, back arms and legs. It works.
