Exercise: Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row
Tip: I hate this exercise haha but I do it anyway because I know it works if done right with a slow controlled tempo, however if you lift too heavy your body will try to engage other muscles to support you because of the position you are in. If other muscles engage it will always take some tension away from the muscle you are trying to work, so it's best to lift a moderate weight you can truly control.
