Tip: Whoever it is that writes the "exercise data" here on BB.com should really take some anatomy and kinesiology classes and then update it, because the prime movers and the muscles that gets worked dynamically in any roll-out exercise are the latissimus dorsi, teres major and triceps long head, and the synergists are the pectoralis major, posterior deltoids and rhomboids.
The rectus abdominis do however get worked hard isometrically.
So remember to really warm up your lats and triceps long head before doing this exercise.
