Freezer Spicy Herb Pumpkin Lasagna is an incredible pan of layers of cheese, herbs, pumpkin, spicy sausage, and more cheese. It makes for a fantastic freezer-friendly dinner! Serves 12.

The big thing for me right now is thinking ahead for Baby. I know that I am NOT going to be in the mood to cook for a bit. So, I have really been trying to think about freezer meals that I would love to make ahead of time!

My first thought was lasagna. Of course, knowing the Man and I, I know that we will be making lots of easy peasy spaghetti when the baby arrives. Therefore, we are going to need some variety and to me, that equals PUMPKIN.
