New Review on Seated Barbell Twist
Exercise: Seated Barbell Twist
Review: I do just 8 reps each side (so 16) for 3 sets, then 12 for another set and lastly 8 for the last set.
It seems to be working for me .......
The problem comes with 'throwing' the 46 kg /101 lb (at the minute) barbell onto my shoulders to do the exercise, it starts to involve upper body and arms, and I'd rather leave them for other workouts.
I'm wondering if there is some way of creating this exercise using the cable crossover machine......
