New Review on Machine-Assisted Pull-Up


Exercise: Machine-Assisted Pull-Up
Review: It's ok, but I still recommend first try to do it when you get stronger with another exercises and months after you had begin your trainning, and then, start with at least one repetition until you get better physic condition and strenght.
