Exercise: London Bridges
Review: I haven't seen a gym yet that has a non-tied down rope that can be used for this situation. I love the idea. But definitely not something that could be performed for most readers of this guide. Unfortantly for the readers, the movement is also dynamic with it's different arm-angle pulling and not easily replicated through another exercise - such as a row. Frowny Face. From what I can tell from the muscle guide picture, this exercise also works more than just the Lats, but also the Teres Major/Minor and Infraspinatus. Gorgeous!
