Exercise: Decline Reverse Crunch
Review: i love these but have to do them on flat bench. as long as you let your legs lower past parallel (heels to the floor) at the bottom for a full extension, i think it's just as effective as the decline bench. these will make your abs burn really deep in the mid to lower region!
