New Tip on Lateral Bound

Exercise: Lateral Bound
Tip: With respect to and in reference to a couple of comments below- this exercise certainly doesn't have a sex-based reason for not using it-- more that it is probably the fourth in a progressively advanced series- 1: Stepping side to side (very gentle) 2: Take all of the weight off of one foot and then "pop" it out to the side for about 2 feet distance then land on it gently bending the leg to absorb the impact (gentle) 3: Ice skaters or lane slides (as suggested by @philipseymour below-- great exercises that can be increased in intensity as the athlete improves their core stability, aductor/abductor complex stability and has an increasing confidence in their knee and ankle stability. Once either of these two slides are becoming less of a challenge then it's time to step it up to lateral bounding.
