New Tip on Barbell Deadlift
Exercise: Barbell Deadlift
Tip: Probably the best exercise possible. Especially if you do it Olympic style to get the quad activation. I would avoid doing alternate grip to avoid muscle imbalances unless you are powerlifting and also want to work on addressing those imbalances. Go double overhand, neutral grip and stance, sit back, half-squat, and activate your entire body.
