New Tip on Leg Extensions


Exercise: Leg Extensions
Tip:
My Alternate leg extension exercises at home.
I thought I might share my Alternative exercise for leg extension. ... I used double rubber bands around my calves along with twenty pounds dumb bell on my thighs. I do each leg alternately. The exercise is done slowly so that you feel resistance when the leg goes up and also when the leg is coming down. Along with the resistance of the bands and weight I think offered some benefits At least, I felt it.
