New Review on Kettlebell One-Legged Deadlift


Exercise: Kettlebell One-Legged Deadlift
Review: I performed this exercise for the first time yesterday and loved it. Can't wait until it's leg day next week. This exercise increases stability, flexibility, and helps with glute activation.
