New Tip on One Leg Barbell Squat


Exercise: One Leg Barbell Squat
Tip: WARNING: The front foot is too close to the bench in the video. The knee comes forward of the foot, putting stress on the knee joint. Put the front foot out far enough that the shin remains vertical at the bottom of the squat.

The exercise is one of the best. Little danger to the lower back. Quad and Glute burner extraordinaire.
