New Tip on Cable Rear Delt Fly
Exercise: Cable Rear Delt Fly
Tip: One of my favorite exercises for rear delts. I use the cable crossover machine, I always start shoulder work outs with 2-3 warm up sets, then come back at end of shoulders for 4 working sets. I do not use any attachments, just hold the opposing balls above hook for gripping. make sure to hold at extension then slow count the return for best rear delt workout. One of my favorites.
