New Tip on Barbell Rollout from Bench


Exercise: Barbell Rollout from Bench
Tip: I love this exercise breathing is so essential in any exercise you must breathe out in the execution of this move. Also try to keep your abs tucked in but not sucked in as this will give added support for your lower back but it will also call more muscle activity for your abs. Think about using the abs to pull you in not your arms or your legs... I am up to four sets with 80 lbs and 25 reps each right now.. I am getting ripped I love it and the static moves helps define the rest of you!
