Exercise: Standing Palms-Up Barbell Behind The Back Wrist Curl
Review: I use dumbells instead of the bar as they allow you focus and isolate each wrist independently. I was suffering pain in both wrists and forearms from wear and tear. As soon as I started these exercises all the pain dissappeared. Go light is my only advice.
