New Tip on Machine-Assisted Pull-Up


Exercise: Machine-Assisted Pull-Up
Tip: They forgot to mention how much assist to record. So I'll help with the mathematics.
Your weight is 250 pounds, and you set it for 210 pounds. Your resistance is 40 pounds. If you set it for 150 pounds, your resistance is 100 pounds.
