New Review on Dumbbell Rear Delt Row


Exercise: Dumbbell Rear Delt Row
Review: Effective at targeting the posterior deltoid since the shoulders are abducted it takes latissimus dorsi out of play. Also good bent over the bench single arm, maintaining flat back (neutral spine) while keeping transversus abdominus activated for support of spine.
