New Review on Decline Barbell Bench Press


Exercise: Decline Barbell Bench Press
Review: I use the decline posture for both bench and dumbbell presses and flys for 90% of my chest pressing movements, it is safer for my shoulders, and I personally find that it developed the mid and lower aspects of my pectorals very well. I only work an incline pressing posture 10 percent of the time and I find that this focuses sufficient effort to this part of my chest.
