New Tip on Ab Roller


Exercise: Ab Roller
Tip: I absolutely love this exercise. When I first started about 9 months ago, I could barely get one. Now, I'm doing 3 sets of 15-20 roll outs. My abs are getting shreaded, and overall, I can feel the burn every time I do them.

What I've also begun doing is stacking up the step platforms at the gym one or two levels and starting with my knees elevated on those. This gives me a steeper angle to roll out and, ultimately, gives me a better burn!
