New Tip on Mountain Climbers
Exercise: Mountain Climbers
Tip: This certainly is a worthwhile exercise. Seems easy at first, but gets hard fast. I just get confused when someone says to go for reps. I go for time. What is a rep? Is each leg a rep? Or is it when both legs have been up and back? Like counting 1,2,3 only when your left knee goes up.
