Review: Deadlift is indeed a good exercise because it hits entire body well but sometimes it is not appropriate to do it because it hits entire body well, e.g., Back days on the next day of heavy leg days. Rack Pull is one of the best lower back exercise, which we can use heavier than the standard deadlift.
