New Review on Kettlebell One-Legged Deadlift


Exercise: Kettlebell One-Legged Deadlift
Review: I have to work on my balance but once that is in check the exercise is excellent. I take small rest times and it makes sweet buckets. You really feel those hamstrings activated at every pull. I love doing this exercise for Leg day.
